Grievance

What does the Grievance Committee do?

The Grievance committee is an important part of the union here at Air Wisconsin. When a pilot has an issue with the company and feels the contract may have been violated, we take all available information and determine whether or not the contract was indeed violated. If so, we take steps working with our ALPA attorney and the company to come to a resolution.

When to file an issue form:

We request that you file an issue form after talking with us and determining the nature of the violation. Please use the link found below to file an issue form.  Once filed, the form will be forwarded to the Grievance Chair for review.
